In this workshop, we will go deeper into the practice of touch and physical support through:

• Viscera (Self and Other): Deepening your capacity to sense and respond to the viscera—cultivating embodied presence and intuitive connection with yourself and your clients, both in person and online.
• Developmental Foundations: Exploring touch as a primary language of safety, from infant holding to adult regulation, and how these early patterns inform your work with clients.
• Refined Use of Touch: Advancing your understanding of when, where, and how to apply physical support safely and ethically within SRT practice.
• Touch in Times of Distress: Learning how to use supportive contact as psychological first aid to stabilize, ground, and restore balance in moments of crisis.
