In this workshop, we will explore:
- Viscera (Self and Other): Techniques for connecting with and supporting the viscera both in yourself and with clients, in-person and over Zoom.
- Infant Support: How to hold infants and provide touch that nurtures parasympathetic nervous system development.
- Do’s and Don’ts of Touch: Clear guidelines for appropriate and effective physical support within SRT practice.
- Psychological First Aid: Using supportive touch in crisis situations to help stabilize and regulate.
This workshop offers a rich blend of psycho-education and practice, equipping you with skills to confidently and safely integrate touch into your SRT sessions.
